Question

Amgine, I'm trying to change the text of the announcement that shows below the edit box ("Please note that all contributions to Tsunamihelp may be edited,..."), but I can't seem to find the template controlling that. Any suggestion? Thank you! - CBasturea 10:33 GMT Jan. 9 2005
